The Pawnee Power GenSet (Product 4) is a standalone, heavy-duty hybrid power generation block built on defense-grade logistics technology. Repackaging Pawnee Mobility’s vehicle auxiliary power unit (APU) into a stationary, skid-mounted steel chassis, the GenSet provides reliable, quiet, and fuel-flexible continuous-duty power in the most extreme, remote, and resource-constrained environments on Earth.

1. The Rotapower® Rotary Heart (Only 3 Moving Parts)
At the center of the GenSet is a 530cc multi-rotor rotary engine, constructed under contract with Freedom Motors. By replacing standard vertical reciprocating pistons with a smoothly rotating triangular rotor, the design eliminates vertical vibrations. The engine relies on only three main moving parts (the rotor, eccentric shaft, and gears), which dramatically reduces operations and maintenance (O&M) overhead in the field. This solid-state simplicity ensures hundreds of hours of continuous operation between service intervals.
2. True Multi-Fuel & Sovereign Biofuel Logistics
The Pawnee Power GenSet does not care what liquid fuel you have available. Its multi-fuel interface is natively configured to burn standard diesel (ULSD #2), military aviation fuel (JP-8/F-24), standard unleaded gasoline, and alcohols (methanol/ethanol). Furthermore, it is fully optimized to run on clean-burning synthetic biofuels produced on-site by regional partners (such as Agra Dot Energy), establishing complete energy independence from vulnerable centralized supply chains.
3. Advanced Signature & Exhaust Mitigation
To operate undetected in contested areas or simply to maintain peace and quiet at a remote homestead, the GenSet features an advanced, multi-stage signature-reduction system:
- Water-Jacketed Liquid Cooling: Captures engine thermal energy via a closed-loop system, immediately cooling exiting exhaust gases inside a water-jacketed manifold before venting, significantly reducing the thermal infrared (IR) signature of the exhaust plume.
- Particulate Spark-Arrogation: Exhaust gases pass through a multi-stage spark-arresting silencer designed to comply with strict forestry safety guidelines and military noise-suppression standards.
- Diffused Exhaust Port: The cooled gases exit through a wide, mesh-screened panel to prevent localized heat concentrations and eliminate hot-gas plume signatures.
4. Heavy-Duty Clean Power Electronics
The Wankel core drives a high-efficiency generator, producing up to 45 kW of continuous electrical power (60 kW peak). Onboard heavy-duty power electronics condition and invert this energy, delivering clean, stable AC or DC outputs tailored to run high-density computer servers, battery recharge cycles, drone charging docks, and sensitive field electronics without voltage sags or surges.
