The RIOS Pilot: Standard (Tier 2) is a custom-fabricated infrastructure hub housed in a 10ft High-Cube ISO shipping container. It is small enough to fit in a single parking space but powerful enough to run a village, a hemp campus, or a forward medical clinic continuously.
Why Tier 2? Active Resilience.
Unlike portable battery systems, the Tier 2 unit is designed with Active Climate Control and Massive Energy Storage. It includes a dedicated Mini-Split HVAC system, allowing the onboard servers to run heavy AI workloads 24/7/365, even in the blistering heat of the Sonoran Desert or the Rift Valley.
The Architecture
- The Shell: A brand new “One-Trip” steel container, treated with heat-reflective white ceramic paint and insulated with R-25 closed-cell spray foam. It features a biometric security door and window guards.
- The Office: A partitioned workspace with an operator desk, ergonomic chair, and secure storage locker. It meets labor compliance standards for a “Conditioned Field Office.”
- The Brain: A ruggedized 12U Server Rack housing an Intel Xeon Scalable server and NVIDIA A2 Tensor Core GPU. This handles local “Digital Twin” hosting, irrigation automation, and CCTV analytics without touching the cloud.
- The Grid: Roof-mounted bifacial solar panels with manual “Slide-Out Wings” generate 4.4kW of power, stored in a 20kWh LiFePO4 battery bank. The system output is split-phase 120/240V, capable of powering external site tools and pumps.
