Description
The “Civilization Seed” for the Tactical Edge
When the mission takes you off the map—whether for disaster response, remote resource exploration, or forward operating bases—traditional infrastructure fails. Generators run out of fuel. Cloud connections drop. Equipment overheats.
The RIOS Pilot: Expeditionary (Tier 1) is the antidote to fragility. It is a modular, self-healing infrastructure node that fits in the back of a pickup truck or a helicopter cargo bay. It delivers immediate Power, Connectivity, and Intelligence to the most hostile environments on Earth.
The 3-Case “Mission Stack”
The system utilizes a tool-less, color-coded architecture. Three B&W Type 61 Rugged Cases (IP67 Rated) interlock to form a single operational unit.
- 🟡 The Lungs (Power Module): A 2kWh LiFePO4 battery buffer managed by Victron industrial components. It accepts power from the included 400W Foldable Solar Blanket, a vehicle alternator, or a dirty field generator, scrubbing it to provide pure DC power to the stack.
- 🔵 The Brain (Compute Module): The operational heart. It houses a ruggedized Intel Xeon D-Series server and an NVIDIA A2 Tensor Core GPU. This allows you to run “Sovereign AI”—processing drone maps, security footage, and sensor data locally without uploading to the cloud.
- ⚫ The Face (Interface Module): Your window into the system. Features a lid-mounted 22″ High-Nit Daylight Readable display, weatherproof peripherals, and the RIOS NeoMesh Gateway to track assets up to 5 miles away.
Key Capabilities
- Zero-Touch Deployment: Connect Yellow to Blue to Black. Flip the switch. The RIOS OS boots, aligns the satellite dish, and establishes a secure Wi-Fi bubble automatically.
- Starlink & 5G Bonding: Includes a Flat High-Performance Starlink kit and a Peplink 5G modem. The system automatically routes traffic through the fastest available connection.
- Edge Inference: Capable of running real-time object detection (12+ streams), license plate recognition, and local LLM chatbots.
