The “Trinity” Stack: Virtualized Sovereignty
We don’t ship empty hardware. The Sentry arrives pre-provisioned with Proxmox VE, an enterprise-grade hypervisor that runs multiple isolated systems simultaneously:
- The Gatekeeper (pfSense/OPNsense): Your first line of defense. An industrial firewall that replaces your ISP’s flimsy plastic router. It handles VPNs, Deep Packet Inspection, and failover routing (e.g., swapping between Starlink and 4G) instantly.
- The Ledger (RIOS Core): A dedicated Ubuntu Server VM running the Freenet/Locutus daemon. It validates smart contracts, stores encrypted data shards, and earns network credits—all without slowing down your internet connection.
- The Sandbox: Plenty of overhead left to spin up your own local services (HomeAssistant, Plex, or local LLMs).

Consumer electronics die because they have moving parts. Fans clog with dust, bearings fail, and chips overheat.
The Sovereign Sentry has zero moving parts. The entire chassis is a black anodized aluminum heatsink. Inside, we have replaced the standard OEM thermal paste with Honeywell PTM7950 Phase Change Material, ensuring that the Intel N100 processor stays cool even under 100% load in a non-climate-controlled utility closet.
Industrial Networking
Speed matters. The Sentry features four (4) Intel i226-V 2.5GbE LAN ports. This allows you to segregate your network physically:
- Port 1 (WAN): Connect to Starlink or Nomad Link.
- Port 2 (LAN): High-speed internal network.
- Port 3 (DMZ): Isolated zone for IoT sensors and cameras (keep them away from your financial data).
- Port 4 (Mgmt): Direct admin access.
