Because we deal with high voltages and pressurized systems, the SPT utilizes a “Safety-Gated” learning model. You must achieve a 100% score on the Module 2 Safety Exam to unlock the operational simulators.

Understand the molecular physics of dissociation. Learn how the Fischer-Tropsch process converts solid waste into liquid hydrocarbons. - Module 2: Industrial Safety (Critical)
Master Arc Flash boundaries, LOTO (Lock Out / Tag Out) procedures, and thermal containment protocols. (100% Pass Required). - Module 3: Feedstock Mastery
Learn the “Fuel Recipes.” How to blend wet biomass with high-calorie plastics to create a stable, clean-burning gasification cycle. - Module 4: The Cockpit
Reactor operations. Execute startup sequences, monitor syngas analyzers, and balance the load between electrical output and fuel production. - Module 5: Field Maintenance
Learn to strip down and rebuild the Power Core. Replace plasma torch consumables, service scrubbers, and vitrify slag. - Module 6: Capstone Simulation
The “Endurance Run.” A 4-hour immersive virtual shift where you must keep the grid online during a simulated feedstock crisis.
