Commercial Requirements
Mandatory Support Contract: To ensure the long-term health of your network, the purchase of a RIOS Campus Lite requires the concurrent subscription to the RIOS Standard Support & Monitoring plan ($2,500/mo). This provides 24/7 monitoring from the DeReticular NOC, security patches, and Tier 2 support.
