DeReticular provides a first-of-its-kind AI Research and Innovation direct to commercialization Platform.

1. We use our private investment money to land AI infrastructure at your innovation lab. It’s our investor group that is interested in Impact and AI infrastructure that begins the process. This can happen in the first 30 days of engagement. No monetary investment is required, you just need your team.
2. While Private money is building out the infrastructure, known as DePIN infrastructure, the DeReticular team goes to work identifying local opportunities to use this new technology.
3. It starts with a Local Company and a few local entrepreneurs who identify several locations in their small rural community. The initial 30 DePIN devices are deployed through a local distributor, who will handle further AI Cluster Trusted DePIN device shipments as well.
4. In many cases, Trusted DePIN provides a differential advantage to small rural organizations over major retailers. We will touch on use cases later in this document but commonly we see more secure transactions with associated advances like 100 times less expensive, and 1,000 times quicker for AI workflows vs traditional e-commerce workflows.
5. When we identify a local organization ready to adopt AI, our AI system identifies hundreds of Federal, State, and Local grants that might be available.
6. The DeReticular LLM, and our Agentic system, then submit multiple applications for funding of that local project, for that local organization.
7. The DeReticular Subject matter experts are there to help improve funding outcomes.
8. If this is a local initiative, you will need a local place. This could be the community center, an innovation center, a school, a church, a nonprofit, or a bunch of folks who want to make a difference.

We anticipate building 1,000 AI Clusters in the next 24 months.

We anticipate locating these Clusters on 300 campuses.

Each Cluster costs 1.25 million.

Each Cluster Produces 80 thousand to 125 thousand in revenue a month.

Each cluster services 1,000 devices with internet connectivity for the community.

These Clusters are equivalent to 1,00 H100 Nvidia devices married to a Mesh Network covering 2 to 8 square miles. Any organization within this footprint suddenly has AI options that they did not have before the cluster landed.

Organizations and entrepreneurs in that footprint will suddenly realize they need to upgrade in order to build a differential advantage.

A small rural doctor’s office located in that footprint now has capabilities they did not have before.

Capabilities such as NVIDIA Clara Diagnostic Imaging. Clara is part of the Agentic NVIDA Healthcare system. Clara’s Diagnostic imaging is 1,500 times more accurate at early diagnosis than any human ever born.

The cost for this diagnosis is less than the chemicals used to process an x-ray.

1 thousand clusters, 1 million each, will require 1 billion in funding. This funding will be paid back through the operation of clusters.

80 percent of the revenue goes to the investor group until they are paid back. This is estimated to be 8 to 12 months.

The investors then have a 20 percent carried interest at a zero basis for the life of the cluster usually 7 to 10 years.

The goal here is to innovate AI into local organizations within the footprint, increasing demand, and requiring additional clusters.

As discussed the first three Campuses will be in Texas near Dallas. The properties are located near the new Google AI datacenter being built currently. Barry Wade is my very dear friend, and his family controls all three locations.

We have started an Agentic workflow for the process which includes submission of more than 100 grant applications.
